Security Doors
Tested in 1 and 2 sheets according to the UNE-EN 1628 Standard for static load stresses and UNEEN 1630 for manual burglary and classified according to the UNE EN 1627 Standard as resistant to burglary RC4. The sheet is made of 1.2 mm thick galvanised steel sheet and filled with high-density rock wool. Additional 1.2 and 2 mm thick sheets are available for a total thickness of 63 mm.
Folded 1.5 mm galvanised steel frame/frame reinforced with an internal angle for extraordinary rigidity. The leaf is kept flush on the hinge side.
The hinges are CE marked grade 14 and allow overloads of more than 300 KG and dynamic loads of 160 KG for 200,000 cycles per hinge unit.
Mixed system of seals and sealing profiles to obtain high levels of noise and gas tightness.
System of 4 steel anti-leverage anchors welded to the door frame on the hinge side.
Equipped with Class 7 security cylinders and anti-drilling shields of the same level.
