We had the opportunity to participate in a roundtable organized by Fundació Pimec focused on the role of senior talent in business competitiveness. It was a forum for reflection with industry leaders that confirmed something we’ve been working on for some time.

The Central Debate: Integrating, Not Just Retaining

The challenge on the table is not merely retaining senior talent within organizations. The real challenge is knowing how to integrate it: turning accumulated experience into real value and combining it with the energy and vision of young talent to build stronger, more efficient, and more competitive organizations.
