06 Oct Industrial Roll-Up Doors: Everything You Need to Know
In an increasingly demanding sector, we have endeavored to offer a product that meets the highest standards of safety and quality. That’s why today we want to talk about our industrial roll-up doors, which hold CE certification—the highest in their category for safety of use and proven mechanical resistance.
Designed to fulfill their purpose even in the most demanding environments, our roll-up doors can be configured according to the specific needs of each customer and installation.
The motorizations correspond to the dimensions of the doors to be installed, whether they need to be mounted on the upper shaft together with the compensation straps on their respective pulleys, or require high-performance lateral motorizations. At the same time, the guides along which the doors slide are configured according to the performance and dimensions of the assembly.
Galvanized Steel Roll-Up Doors with Maximum Security
As with each of our products, the material we use meets the maximum quality and traceability requirements indicated in the European EN Standards.
In the case of roll-up doors, it is galvanized steel of European origin. The slat thicknesses used range from 0.7 to 1 mm depending on the performance requirements of each door.
Furthermore, to demonstrate their resistance, they have been subjected to the various tests required by Standard EN 13241-1 for Industrial Doors to obtain CE Marking.
Safety of use and wind load resistance are paramount to the efficiency of our doors. In tests conducted by Applus Laboratories, the doors have been subjected to breaking loads equivalent to maximum wind speeds of up to 120 km/hour. The classification obtained is Class 2 according to EN 12444 and complies with the requirements of EN 12424 and EN 12604.
