At ALFATORRES, we have been committed to dual vocational training for years as a real path to professional development. Once again this year, we are renewing our partnership with the Adsis Foundation for its Dual Vocational Training program—a project we firmly believe in and are proud to be a part of.

What Is the Adsis Foundation and Why It Matters

The Adsis Foundation plays a vital role in supporting individuals through training and job placement processes, with a special focus on those who need a second chance to enter the workforce. Its Dual Vocational Training program combines academic learning with real-world experience in a company setting, allowing students to integrate into the day-to-day work environment, develop professional habits, and gain confidence in their own abilities.

An Open House for the New Cohort

We recently welcomed the young people from the program’s next cohort to our facilities. During the visit, they had the opportunity to learn about the ALFA TORRES Group, tour our production plants, and get a firsthand look at the real-world environment in which industrial activity takes place—even before they begin their training program.

We believe in the importance of these initial interactions: guiding, building trust, and supporting the next generation as they enter the workforce is a responsibility we embrace wholeheartedly.
