As a result of the close collaboration from the development departments of both companies, in recent years, Alfatorres has established itself as the official supplier of doors for Schneider Electric for its prefabricated modular Data Centers at an international level. Adapting the EI Komplet model fire doors to obtain the highest levels of sealing and permeability has been a challenge that both organizations have resolved, conforming to the existing maximum regulatory and quality standards.

The prefabricated modules for data centers dramatically reduce the duration and complexity of implementation, while ensuring maximum reliability within the data center. The IT modules combine the functionality and space of a typical IT room with the advantages of a preconfigured system and factory assembly to ensure an efficient solution from design to operation. Thanks to the integration of electrical distribution, refrigeration, racks, and fire safety and firefighting functions, as well as the best DCIM system in its class (Struxureware Expert) in a specially designed cabinet, these modules can be implemented within a building’s structure or withstand extreme weather conditions in an outdoor environment. For small or remote data center applications, there are IT modules such as “all-in-one” integral data centers, including UPS and DX refrigeration. For medium and large data centers, IT modules are used in conjunction with power supply and refrigeration to obtain a scalable and flexible data center design that fits its specific application.
