It\u2019s a matter of impact.<\/h5>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">We had the opportunity to participate in a roundtable organized by Fundaci\u00f3 Pimec focused on the role of senior talent in business competitiveness. It was a forum for reflection with industry leaders that confirmed something we\u2019ve been working on for some time.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>The Central Debate: Integrating, Not Just Retaining<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">The challenge on the table is not merely retaining senior talent within organizations. The real challenge is knowing how to integrate it: turning accumulated experience into real value and combining it with the energy and vision of young talent to build stronger, more efficient, and more competitive organizations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">In complex industrial environments, where every decision has a direct operational impact, this combination is not optional. It is strategic.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>ALFA TORRES\u2019s Position<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">At ALFA TORRES, we are clear on this: experience provides judgment, youth provides drive, and the balance between the two makes all the difference in every project.
