Our CEO, Concha Fuentes, served as a speaker at the session titled “Industry: A Major Challenge for the Country,” held on Tuesday, May 5, in the Leitat Main Auditorium. The session highlighted the urgent need to attract professionals to the industrial sector while simultaneously creating environments capable of retaining them and fostering their loyalty.

Concha noted that there is growing social awareness of the importance of industry, but cautioned that the sector’s ability to adapt is still not progressing at the necessary pace. An honest reflection, grounded in the reality we experience every day.
